Payment on this site is via paypal, BACS or Cheque. 

You do not need to have a paypal account to shop here. Payments can also be made via debit/credit card via the Paypal checkout. 

Your financial details are not held on this site. 

Items will not be posted until cleared payment is received. Please note if you are paying by cheque there will be an additional delay whilst your cheque clears.

Delivery

There is a minimum delivery charge of £1.75

Next Day Delivery orders need to be received before 10am. Orders received after that time will be posted out the next working day.

Cot Bed Quilts and Cot Bed Duvets are not available for next day delivery, due to the timescale of making the item

Orders & Personalised Items

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Although please contact us as soon as possible as often a suitable outcome to us both can be achieved.

Please allow 7-21 days for items to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch items within 7 days but during busy periods this may not be possible. (Christmas, etc) No items are posted at the weekends or Bank Holidays.

However, if your item is urgent please contact us and we will try our best to help.

Returns

Only non personalised items can be returned (unless faulty)

Returns must be notified before posting back and items must be in the same condition packaging as received.

Return posting charge is payable by yourselves. Refunds are only given on the price of the item (s) sent. Refunds for postage is not given.

Lost in post

From time to time, parcels are sometimes lost or delayed in the post.

I do always obtain proof of posting and am happy to refund items lost in the post. However, Royal Mail will not accept any claims until 21 days from posting has past. If your parcel has not arrived in this timescale, please contact me so I can submit the claim and upon completion of Royal Mails own checks and settlement, I will refund you.
